One session includes basic yoga postures to help sit comfortably, correct way of breathing and learning how to focus better with the help of guided meditation.
The idea is to help you understand the steps of meditation and explore different ways to meditate that suit you the most.
By the end of the session, you will be able to start your own meditation practice.
