Yoga Integrative Therapy (Y.I.T) is one-on-one counselling session that includes teaching of Yoga techniques. E.g. For anxiety related symptoms, deep breathing and pranayama like anuloma-viloma are beneficial during counselling.
All sessions are designed according to individual requirements which are assessed in counselling sessions.
They include yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness practices.
